Don't miss this opportunity to improve your job skills and knowledge. This PIC and Inservice Training was planned by MACAA Officers and Directors with input from all of the membership. This is MACAA's first Professional Improvement Conference.

Their are many oportunities for professional improvement within MACAA and NACAA. Many of these are through awards, study tours, scholarships and seminars. The NACAA Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference offers a tremendous PI opportunity each year through workshops, seminars, tours and exhibits.

The first step in getting the recognition that you deserve and utilizing the professional opportunities available to you through MACAA, is by taking the TIME to explore and then taking advantage of the recognition and educational opportunities available to you..
